Insta Style Crush @Parysatis Shares the Sustainable Labels She’s Loving

Not just a pretty face on your feed, Insta beauty Parysatis Peymani is a sustainable fashion advocate, professional vintage shopper and upcycling superstar. All of these lovely interests lend themselves to her business Atelier Arya — where she recycles well-loved clothing and materials into new French girl fantasies — and they also make her the perfect candidate for an Itsapark profile, in which she will share with us the sustainable brands she’s loving right now. How lucky are we?!

How would you describe your style?

Minimal with a glam-romantic and feminine twist! I love mixing boyish and very sexy pieces — to me, style is a lot about balance and feeling comfortable and sexy.

What are your 5 fave go-to brands for romantic wardrobe staples with a sustainable focus?

1. Nu-In

I would say Nu-In for comfortable basics for everyday — for work, lunch with friends, staying home or going shopping. They have amazing cuts and I just feel comfortable and sexy in their pieces. They have the best color palettes, too. I am currently obsessed with their cropped pieces.

2. MaisonCléo

For the most beautiful blouses, MaisonCléo. Marie and her mother are making the dreamiest and most beautiful handmade garments. You feel like a princess in them, knowing you really have a unique piece in your wardrobe. I would wear something from MaisonCléo for a birthday party or a date night with my husband.

3. Paloma Wool

Paloma Wool makes feminine and very interesting design pieces. I'd wear the pieces either for a brunch or a civil wedding, the dresses and the tops are my favorites and their colour palette is super fun! They are my favorite at the moment because they work the knits in a very minimal yet feminine way.

4. Stella Pardo

The most feminine and dreamy knits come from Stella Pardo! I'll wear the cardigans on a sunny day in Paris when I want to feel romantic and very glamourous, and I'll wear the dresses in Corsica for a sunset dinner with a view! They are perfect to go with a jeans or a skirt, and you can wear them all year long.

5. Aya

Go to Aya for the sexiest swimwear and summer pieces! I love their bohemian vibe and their minimal and sexy pieces — you can mix and match different swimsuits and create your own unique beach outfit.

Finally, what does the dream wardrobe look like for you? Are there any shopping do’s and don'ts you follow to keep yours so lovely?

Ethical, sustainable and timeless! Shop vintage as much as possible and whatever else you need from the sustainable brands options. Ask yourself if this piece is a one shot or a long term partner in your wardrobe. Try to get unique pieces, you will feel more unique in smaller collections. Try to go for good fabrics and remember: quality over quantity!
